    After a game on this map I have to congratulate you as it's a damn fun to play. Having only a one life per round makes you value every move but also makes so risk taking is a necessity. Only complains that I have is that engies make it super stalematy (unfortunately is a flaw inherited by its ctf like nature) and (the version that I played at list) didn't have clip brushes that would block players from entering questionable areas.
    Now that I have gave you my (potentially wrong) feedback, I just gonna leave this here.

    Completely removed side shacks that had the one way door. It created sentry hell.

    Made the small building next to it accessible and it will serve as a counter to sentries.

    Changed to Night theme.

    reduced the size of the windows to reduce the number of path. Now the fights will be more coordinated as a mid fight.

    It's actually surprising to see an Arena map that bots can play on, real refreshing. Unfortunately they don't all work immediately because the flag takes a while to unlock. While Snipers get to work immediately, it takes all of the other classes about 10 seconds after the intelligence is activated to start moving. The easiest way to fix this would be to make the intelligence captureable from the start, and instead use a slowly rising vertical door to block access to it until later into the round. This will hopefully help bots to work for the whole round. If that doesn't work out, just leave the intel in the open, that should keep the bots happy.

    I would like to have intelligence enabled at the start of the round but the arena logic forces the 5 second countdown

    How is this a problem, exactly? Can't you just set the intelligence to activate as soon as the round begins?

    If the intelligence is controlled by the tf_logic_arena enable time, then can't you set the enable time to 0 seconds?
