Every time i compile my map an error occurs and i cannot run the .prt file. The compiler says:

FindPortalSide: Couldn't find a good match for which brush to assign to a portal near (11776.0 -8192.0 -800.0)
    Leaf 0 contents: CONTENTS_SOLID
    Leaf 1 contents:
    viscontents (node 0 contents ^ node 1 contents): CONTENTS_SOLID
This means that none of the brushes in leaf 0 or 1 that touches the portal has CONTENTS_SOLID
Check for a huge brush enclosing the coordinates above that has contents CONTENTS_SOLID
    Candidate brush IDs:

This keeps from creating the .prt file.

When i go to any of these coordinates, nothing is there, and this map was supposed to be done yesterday. Any ideas?

Yeah, you just have an area-portal leak. One of your area portals is able to trace a line from one side to the other without being stopped by another area portal.
