arena_well - a problem

    No, not a problem with the map itself (EDIT: Or maybe it is :O). It's fine. I just think someone overlooked something while converting Well to Arena mode.

    I think that's a problem with the map itself. :p

    That's an HL2 sky, not a TF2 one :p

    This sky really fits well..i mean good... or wait maybe map? So I wanna say that:

    Even Valve uses HL2 content in their maps.

    it doesn't look as out of place as some things would. But it still looks out of place. I wondered what felt so wrong about this map when i played it (the one time i played it..), now i know what it is.

    If any of you played HL or TFC back in the day, Valve released a patch the broke the skies in all but like 2 of their maps. The rest just showed up as solid white. But, instead of releasing a small patch right away to fix it, they waited a few weeks and then released a full game (Richochet) instead. It just *happened* to fix the sky issue in that patch as well :)

    And now they were waiting to Heavy update. And now they gonna fix it with next class update.

    They use HL2 textures rarely and in small unnoticeable does, not to texture entire buildings with.
