Are Payload Maps The Hardest Ones To Make?

    Hey, been awhile since I've been on and have been looking at the workshop.

    Are payload maps the hardest to make? Over the years, I've seen a lot of payload maps started here and then they die with few coming to completion.

    Is it that hard to make them or is it just the game play balance that seems to be the hardest thing to nail down on this time of map?

    For those of you who started making them and stopped, what was the chief reason you did so?

    They're generally the longest maps, and each and every bit of them has to be unique. No mirroring (except PLR).

    Some maps, like pl or a/d are hard to make because they are long, big and etc. Some, like competitive 5cp or comp koth, are quite hard to balance for the mode they're for (6v6 or hl).

    They're not hard to make. It's just annoying to deal with too many entities, especially the path_track ones at least in my case
