I am almost finished with the latest version of my payload map, pl_siege. However, I've noticed since the Halloween update, something has gone wrong with my env_soundscapes. I've primarily used the soundscapes from cp_foundry, referred to as "harbor." I could have sworn that they previously played sounds of machinery working, a blast furnace, and the occasional locomotive. Now, they seem only to play what sounds like a distant wind, or in most cases, nothing at all. Maybe I'm thinking of a different soundscape, but I am almost certain they did not always sound as such. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
