Any way to make it so an animation starts when a KOTH game ends?

So i want to use the frontline tank model for each side so when a team the tank from that team will start the shoot sequence.
Example:
Blu wins the round so blu_tank will start the sequence shoot_E

There is an OnWonByTeam* output for the team_control_point_master entity that fires when a team wins. 1 is fired when RED wins, and 2 is fired when BLU wins.
