If you open up the ABS Gametype library, then find the payload section, it's all there to be used.
Note: seeing as this is your first time, don't just copy-paste, look how the logic works, ie payload movement, cart path, cap points. If you skip out on learning the basics, it will be more challenging in the future.
The VDC also has a more in-depth guide on how to set up a payload. If this is your first time making a payload map (which I'm assuming it is), you should try to follow this guide first so you understand how everything works and can troubleshoot easier later on
