Medic bots are now useful for humans! And even then I finished cp_dustbowl as BLU on Hard without that!!
finally, two very much needed additions for medi-bots. now they just need to make them not uber you if you take fall damage or self damage from rockets.

Nice! It's about time they did this, however, a custom hud I used once did exactly that.
Who was it that was offering to compare what files were changing between updates? Can someone find out what it is that is causing some of us to download 900mb -> 3.5gb. :\
If they change a map even slightly, then you have to redownload the entire map again.
That and a bunch of other engine code - but I think you're exaggerating the file size a bit.
Unless we're talking major updates, in which case it would be expected.
They seem a little high for me too, but I'll need to code something a little different up if the goal is calculating the total byte-age altered or added.
Except you don't, you just download lump files, making map updates small.
now they need to update uberee AI. So I don't activate an Ubercharge and end up running in by myself.

Well, that really only works if it's entity changes. Anything affecting geometry is going to cascade into so many lump they wouldn't bother. Most of the recent changes have been of that variety.

Although the bots taking info from voice commands was something that dissipointed me for not being in L4D2, I can't see it working in TF2 if there are several players players on the server. That is to say:
1. Go spy
2. Go near bot medics
3. Press E to makee them heal you
4. "Activate the charge, doctor"
6. Überspy profit.
7. Get banned
