All Entities are "Obsolete"?

Hey, a newbie here, which probably is my main problem here:

This, and well... that's about it, I have no explanation as to why this would happen. I cannot seem to find a fix for it (even reinstalling SDK did nothing for me on trying to fix this one).

Can anyone enlighten me? The help would be deeply appreciated.

did you load the map in the right game?

obselete means Hammer doesn't recognise the entities. This is dictated by the FGD. If you click the entity it should tell you what they're called still.

If you're running Booj's FGD, try running without it.
