8pl_hightower - Not intended to be a meme map

This is plr_hightower, with the gamemode changed to be my custom 8pl.

It is intended to be a test run for this gamemode, and not in itself a perfect 8pl map.

I gave it a shot and here is what I ascertained. The round is split into two parts. First, BLU pushes the cart as far as they can, each CP gives them a point. Then RED gets a chance. Whoever captures the most CPs in the round is the winner. Pretty neat.
