It's my reading week the week after next, I really enjoyed the Summer's 72 hour contest and quite want to repeat the feat. I know it's not a convenient time to hold a big competition so I'm just going to be doing this one on my own, anyone who has the time to and wants to join in is welcome to. I'll be recording the entire thing, start to finish, Last time I spent about 44 hours actually working (Didn't sleep one night) and making a timelapse at the end of it. First ever map recorded from empty vmf to final bsp? Quite possibly. How long will it take to watch? An eternity. (44 hours played at 16× speed which is what I found to be the limit after which the video is just a blur, is 2 hours 45! Though admittedly I included testing time in those hours and I wouldn't record that.) I'd like your input on what I should do in that time. I know you'll all tell me to do a tc map because you're crazy bitches like that, it's not gunna happen. What sensible gamemode would you like me to turn my hand to, is there any crazy (yet doable) constraints you think it would be fun to work to? Want to suggest a theme? Any other ideas on how to make this more interesting?
