Gypsum wall texture comes in 2 variants: plain and painted recreated as seen in cp_vanguard

Valve never bothered to fix the compression that is found on the original texture, so this removes it. (also makes the blue a bit bolder) Feel free to alter this any way you like.

Whoever made this texture originally left all sorts of gross seams. So I'm here to clean up the mess they left! Note that the texture is slightly darker than the original. Hopefully that isn't an issue. Drop the contents of the .zip file into your tf folder.
