    [Can't figure out how to delete this thread, I'm dumb, please ignore] Map not loading after adding lighting

    I was working on my first map, and decided to add in environmental lighting. Then when I tried to load my map, the game crashed. Any idea what the problem could be? I didn't see any red text in the compile text, and with the stuff that does look wrong, I don't know how to fix. so I don't know...

    Cant open Hammer because gameinfo.txt is missing but i have one

    whenever i open hammer in the bin folder it shows this error steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\gameinfo.txt is missing i tried to find it in tf folder but its there ---i verify the game files ----and deleted the hl2 application file and forcing update tf2 NOTHING WORKED i...

    So ive been having massive problems with compiling maps as they are taking 2+ hours to get out of the vbsp stage and looking at the files that do compile versus the ones that dont reveals that the files that dont are saved in .rmf format and whats more i cant save in vmf format anymore, its not...
