    Map Stuck on Fullbright and props not loading

    Error! To use model "models/props_powerhouse/powerhouse_turbine.mdl" with prop_static, it must be compiled with $staticprop! Error loading studio model "models/props_powerhouse/powerhouse_turbine.mdl"! Seems like that prop isn't to be used as a prop_static - convert it to a prop_dynamic.

    First impression from screens is that the indoor areas seem way too dark to play around comfortably - I'd suggest hanging some high brightness light entities in the middle of each room (or spread a few of them out).

    Can you tell / show us what happens when you try opening the pointfile? Aside from that, do you see any errors in your Map > Check For Problems area? Finally you could post your compile log to something like https://pastebin.com/ for us to check out - this helps us diagnose what's going on.
