Dont know exactly how, but Red managed to get into Blu's spawn and began spawn killing. This was before A cap. Also saw the spawn visualizer as a blu player.
Can we see your 3d view in hammer? It's tough to tell with the provided screenshots. I assume the purple boxes are the spawn points?
Things to consider:
Are any in/touching the ground? Spawn points can't touch the ground or players get stuck. Make sure they're all floating.

It is dead! The sightline is dead! I kept it in for a good while cause it was a roll over from the original Dayspring, but its become the main complaint for the map overall. So now it is killed.
