    Thought I'd ask here rather than make a whole new thread: What's the advantages of a "Full" VVIS compile vs a "Fast" one. The file sizes seem similar, despite taking 37 seconds for a fast and 7+ mins for a full. What affect does it have client and/or serverwise?

    I was using func_regenerates for my resupply lockers. There are only 4 on the map though, one for each locker. Should I be doing supply lockers in a different way?

    How can I place a prop that simulates what an active engie teleport does? Spinning and the lights and whatnot. I know how to just put the model, but I can't work out if the whole shebang is possible or not. And I know it won't teleport without actual teleport brushes and stuff :P

    Are you texturing it with an actual skybox texture, or the toolsskybox tool texture? Cause you need to use the tool and set the skybox you wanna use in the map properties. As for the whole hollow box thing, yeah, it's bad. :P

    Now, before you throw me to the pit, I think its something I have done with the map. You see, if I upload one of my older maps (pre Pyro Update) and download it from the server, it works fine. If I try a newer map however, it keeps giving me the difference error, even after I JUST DOWNLOADED...

    Odd. When I did it before, it woudl compile in 5 mins, change one side to glass and it would take 20. Must have been something else >.> Edit: Got it down to managable times by using func_visleaves

    I tried that before, and that was causing vvis issues too. I was putting the "back" of the wall as glass and the front as brick so light would go though.

    I have roofs over large areas. :P I just wanna use the natural env_light to light up everything evenly and diffusely instead of resorting to hundreds of spotlights.
