How are your queue times? I've been connected to 5 matches with an avg. wait of 45 mins. 3 of said matches had someone leave before the match started.

Displacements, brush entities and brushes with transparent materials do no seal the map. Try sealing it with a layer of nodraw.

make the glass a func_illusionary or a func_brush with collisions disabled.
You have to type in the default animation name yourself. The model browser only previews animations for some reason.
