How do I upload a map that has custom content?

My map is (finally) ready for the initial Alpha play-testing, and I need to know exactly how to upload a map that has custom content. (In this case, a few of Spike's Jungle Pack plants, a neutral Spytech console, two rock-wall textures and a Lava texture.
I don't want to upload my first map only to realize that it isn't working...

I've had some weird issues with pakrat recently, so I'd be careful to double-check it worked right, especially if you do things like custom particles. bspzip is a less-fancy alternative.

Yeah, you need to get teh custom content onto the users computer, so adding files using pakrat is teh best way to do that. Maker sure you include EVERY peice of custom content you used in your map, or you'll get errors / purple and black checkboard textures ect.

I'm doing the first "real" compile now.
I'll take the pictures, Pakrat it and upload it later tonight.
Hopefully it'll be done around 10 EST. (It's 6:30 now)

Pakrat probably makes a copy of its own, but make a copy of your just-compiled .bsp file so that if something goes horribly wrong you can restart without redoing the compilation step.
