Need help with water

I seem to be having trouble with my water, it is invisible. Why is it invisible i really don't know, because i have no leaks (i have checked with .prt). But what i can guess is that it has something to do with "waterindices"

Some background information:


I have ran this map several times before and the water has been there every time. I have not made any adjustments to the water before this compile.

So my question is what are waterindices and what can i do to lower the %

Is the last time you compiled and it worked before the recent updates? Since one of the last 2 most updates I now notice that all the skybox faces of water have to be fully covered with a valid brush capable of sealing the map. Never used to be that, but seems it is now? Anyhow, your compile log with throw the $bottommaterial error if this is the case.
