Displacement Sewing

anyone know why I can sew the 2 sides together? they are both the same size and power. the tops sewed just fine.

I've got no idea why the two aren't sewing properly. Perhaps you could just try sewing the two displacements manually using the "Raise To" function in the Displacement Paint window. It probably wouldn't look as good though using that, but it's still worth a try :)

It's really hard to tell from those screenshots... but am I correct that you have two flat (like floor orientation) brushes touching at the corner, and then displaced downward into a wall?

If so, they won't sew. The base brush's edges have be match up.

yes, that is correct, i tried making two brushes that were vertical into a wall and sewing them and it didn't seem to work at the top, but the horizontal did.

So basically i'd have to create a corner brush and mold it into a curve and sew it that way?
