That guy is really shitty at listening. During the spy round I could hear where the enemy spy was the whole time and this guy seemed to be totally clueless.

I recorded a pretty awesome video of a guy called pipismafia utilising a form of autoaim, and he acted exactly like this. Unfortunately the Lotus forums (I play in the UK 2fort Lotus server regularly) were down and by the time i could get on them a steam update was released and broke the demo.

It's funny disdinguishing between an aimbot and an auto aim. Aimbot fires when you aim over a player whilst an auto aim does what it says on the tin.

I'd like to give my point of view here, before I do so I need to explain a couple of things.

1. I'm an ex-CoD series hacker.
2. I now play CSS competitively and legitimately.

Sometimes I get nervous when I play - not really nervous but my hands start shaking during an important clutch or something similar. I play @ 800dpi - 1.0 sensitivity and default windows sensitivity with cpl mouse fix.

My sensitivity is far lower than his. When my hands shake they produce large loose movements that can move my aim off the enemy completely. Yet with a much higher sensitivity his so called "shaking" does not produce large movements but very small and precise ones.

I dont see how he can blame this on nervous shaky hands.

P.S.
In the world of hacking that I came from this was the distinction:
Aimbot = Auto Aim = Aims For You
TriggerBot = Fires for you when you've aimed correctly.

I can't understand how being nervous only affects his mouse when he clicks it. He's hacking, but I'll remain open to any evidence that he isn't. :)

My brother and I both tried to reproduce his shaking with various mouse sensitivity settings and we couldn't pull it off.

no, from what I saw he didn't

Now honestly, if he's hacking, he's a very bad hacker and they're really only bringing him up to a normal standard of play. The way I saw it he was pretty even with the guy the entire time, so honestly who cares? he'll be VAC Banned pretty soon anyway if he was.

Also I didn't know you could get aimbots (or triggerbots) for projectile weapons, would that even be practical seeing as you have to lead your target?

But of course I'm not expert, I've never seen a guy hacking to compare it with so I can't say either way.

Anyways, they're having a second competition, even if it does get buried under all the halo vs non-halo posts on the Steam Forums.

Evidently, it didn't serve him much good. I think he did use it to fire his stickies over the container to where the enemy was.

He really does look like an aimbotter to me. He keeps nice and steady and each time he hovers over his opponent, it goes all spastic. Dunno why he posted this, it could be a troll. Or, well, thought everyone'd be as stupid as he is.

VAC is an 80/20 solution. It gets the low-hanging fruit. Sort of like most Anti-virus programs.

IMO there was definitely something dodgy going on, especially as he's even spazzing out while "shooting" the wrench.

It became most obvious to me when the Soddy kept turning away from the direction he was running in to focus on another Soddy who was behind the crate.

The hilarious part is that the guy is *so* suck he lost a few times. :D

I made the award for another forum... but I think the author of this video deserves one, too:
