As you can see this is rather old but i am really interested to get this working, the map will have 3 stages with the end of stage 2 forcing BLU to pick up the Explosives on the Cart, take it to the Entrance where it will Explode after 5 seconds, allowing BLU to go inside and grab the Gold, put it on the now Empty Cart and continue escorting it to the end of the map.

I have been talking to A Boojum Snark about a "pickup" system, at the moment i have built a test map that so far allows a BLU player to "pick up" the Explosives from the Cart.
Good thing about this system, if it works properly in the end, is that it can be used for the Gold that needs to be taken to the Cart.

Sounds sexy, tho maybe a bit too contrived for the average player. I'd certainly love to see it though.

I'm surprised no-one thought of a Payload Bank Robbery map. It's so 60's style and it'd be awesome.

Well, presumably Blu didn't blow up the safe door for the sakes of just causing an inconvinience to the security placement.

But no, there is no actual "stealing" of the money in the gameplay.

I don't think it'll be too hard. If combined with messages on the screen when it explodes it would certainly work out.

Well it took some trial and error but now the complete system is working :D
Might make a quick video if someone is interested :p

Been working on making an alpha of the map and so far it is going rather good if you count the insane heat outside and work taking most of the time.
The system as i said is working nicely so now i need to include that into the alpha i am making.

I have been thinking about the theme of the map and came up with a new one, what about a old british town theme with typical cobblestone streets and sidewalks with street lamps etc
