Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay this week. My games hdd has been on the fritz for days, and it finally went to heaven this morning :( However, I do have some incredible news to deliver. First order of business, I am pleased to inform the community that you all have broken Gamedays. Again ;) Not a bad thing mind you, but we just keep growing, and our normal weekend allotment isn't enough anymore. So we will be adding 2 more during the week, in order to support the massive amount of testing, feedback, and interest in custom maps. You can view the current poll/discussion here.

Second, last week I alluded to the fact that Valve has taken an interest in our contest. Well I can finally share a part of that interest. The good folks over at Valve have given us an amazing prize package, to do with as we see fit :D The full list of goodies has been added to the bottom of the Contest Thread. Please note that we'll only be distributing a few of the Valve prizes for this contest. Quite frankly, we have an excess of stuff at this point, so the remainder will be used for future events.

Lastly, I would like to formally welcome our new moderator zpqrei :) However, we appreciate the sincerity of everyone who applied. At the rate that TF2M is growing, it seems likely that we'll need another set of hands in the near future, so don't dispair. You may also consider this to be your formal contest reminder. There are 3 months left until the deadline! So if you haven't gotten started yet, now is the time. Be sure to check the Events forum for user-made events & Gameday changes. /me is off to bed.

It was just a normal TF2M Mapping Contest... until Trading Cards got involved. Shit just got real.

I thought they were going to fix CTF-based Attack/Defend and Invade gamemodes, and perhaps implement Artesia's fantastic HUD idea. You betrayed me, Immortal...
