Downloading Problems

Hello,

I'm brand new registered user, and I really want to download the PL Borax map. :wow:
But every time I click the download button/link, it says I'm downloading too much, and that I need to wait 1-30 seconds to try the download again.

I'm sure that it's a problem on my side, but I can't figure it out, and I would really appreciate any help that you guys have to offer.

Nope, I don't use a download manager. Any other ideas?

When I'm logged out, the time that I need to "wait" is only 1-18 seconds, and that's the only difference I can see.

I'm not using a proxy though; my ISP is Hughes and I use an automatic IP/DNS assignment deal, if that helps at all.
