You'll want to start a thread over in the Maps Showcase section. While creating a thread there you'll have an option to upload your map. Alternatively you can just have the site host it without starting a thread by going here. (This was accessed by going to the Downloads section and clicking "Add"

Don't forget to make a thread for it.
