Custom map server, not running customs...Why??

Read the title and that just about sums up my question.

Imo the vote that runs each time should be 3/4 customs vs 1/2 valve maps. obviously don't just put any old custom in the votes, put good ones in so they actually stand a chance of being picked against the valve ones.

I'm trying to get this done, I've just been lax at doing it because it's like 100-200 MB for every decent map. (bsp x2 + bz2)

So I need a set of the top quality maps people would like to see. If anyone would like to post some go ahead. (post things others have already said, too, so I can see what's wanted more).

I think we should still have the valve maps/community maps picked by valve in rotation, so I'll omit those from my choices.

I do not think valve maps should be in the rotation. They'll get precedence from pubbers, and negate the purpose of having the customs on there.

I'm working on those listed, and it's also worth noting I was finally on the server at a non-gameday time and realized an error in the configuration. It was supposed to be an automated vote to pick the next map, not a rotation, but it was set to occur at a time that wouldn't always happen.
So that's fixed now and there should be less occurrence of valve maps as I get the list populated.

We need more than three maps per vote, very often all three maps are of the "ehhh I dont want to go to any of those!"
