I don't know how I did it, but my camera appears twice now

Could someone please tell me how to fix it?

click the "camera" in the top left and drop it down to your missing setting.

which you can find out by mousing over the other two.

Do you mean 'Camera' in the white writing? Because that just shows do I want it 3D textured etc.
