SDK Uninstalled + Not Installable

Okay, so I was off to finalise Spyfort for tonight's release, when lo and behold SDK has uninstalled itself from my account. I have tried numerous times to re-install it, but each time it tells my my Steam Ticket has timed out and asks for my passowrd. Upon inputting my password, Steam Restarts, and does not install SDK.

What the heck am I supposed to do?

I got something too, it asks again and again for my password. And i can't start hammer or tf2...

That's...strange. Tell me - is your Steam client configured to automatically log you in, or do you re-enter your credentials each time you start it?

Delete clientregistry.blob in your steam folder, restart steam.
