Hehe I just found the link is all. Only 1 round is won in the whole thing though, and it starts pretty late on in the demo.

Hoodoo was played as well, but since Youme has finalised it, I guess it's of no use.

Ic, Waste isn't the type of Locale to be surrounded by a Forest. Try the night sky instead.

Well, at least show us how it'd look like with the pipeline sky! All you need to do is replace the dark windows with the bright ones from pipeline.

Hey congratulations on final

I have finally found and played all the versions of waste. And one that i played hours on was the last one i played the KOTH one.

Its a lot of fun as long as their is not to many people and i think the 3 minuet time is perfect.

Great job i think ctf waste would be great take the cp version of waste and make it ctf with some changes like well ctf.

TC waste is out of the question unless you completely do a redo or more parts.

PLR isn't really necessary so i wouldn't bother unless you do ctf as well. haha

EDIT: speaking of which, where do i put the blk file if I'm uploading to my server via FTP?

the .bik is meant for clients. but if you want clients to download it, put the two files in a file called media and make another .res file in the same folder as the map called pl_waste_final.res with the following lines.

"Resources"
{
"media/pl_waste_final.bik" "file"
"media/pl_waste_final.res" "file"
}

Waste is final? Congrats Icarus, shall your efforts be rewarded with spy unlocks and hats. ;)

The new tracks and the bomb model are excellent, more industrial and as a whole much better. I don't know if you did it intentionally, but naming it pl_waste_final was a good move. If it gets selected as community map (gogo soldier update), the _final can be dropped, so just pl_waste remains (not that this is overly important).
And the video, well, it doesn't get any better than this. Only the news of Grinder being in mapping limbo saddens me.
