How's my nighttime sky looking?

Found an unused TF2-themed sky texture in Hammer, thought I'd use it for a Meleefort variant. After playing around with light_enviroment a bit, I came up with this:

needs more lighting from the buildings imo (search lights from bad water look cool)

Those fpsb values were pretty similar to what I had already, off by like 50 at the most. And here I thought my film studies classes were useless.

As for the buildings, I didn't think they would be important enough to light, just "There" for decor. But I suppose I could stand to brighten up the moat a bit.

That night skybox works quite well if you nail the settings right. My only complaint is how blurry the moon is. Somebody ought to revise it.

I think nighttime game play is overlooked as it can be quite fun and it sets a totally different mood.

I might make some kind of Moon in my skybox, but I dunno. Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to go fish through the existing sky textures.
