My PL-Map wont work

Hello Guys.

After i Read this Instruction http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/TF2/Creating_a_Payload_Map

and Created all tiny Deteails as same as in the tut, plus i remapped it all again to make sure that there are no mistakes my pl_map still doesnt work.

Here is a list of the errors ive noticed.

-I Cant Spawn, im mean the character is alive but cant move and shoot after spawning, + i spawn as Blu in Redspawns.. =_=
-The Payload is turned to the wrong side, even if its created correctly in the editor
-Its stuck in the ground
-The Caputre Points arent shown correctly (I mean the second and third one)

Ill give u the file, if ur patient and nice enough take a look into the map and tell me what ive done wrong, i would be pretty nice :)

Ok..
I dunno about the payload thing, though I'm sure it's something you've set.
The spawning as blu in red spawns are a matter of your spawn points, have you set them with a team color?
If not how's the game supposed to know that they are for a specific team.
I should say Team: Any, change that to RED or BLU.

Do the cap points, actually have cap point entites?
Cause they be required...
