cp_refuge is a gravelpit style A/D map with a twist and more emphasis on height. C is designed so that holding on the actual point is no viable but instead holding around the point can be sufficient. Point A and B do a similar thing to C but too a lesser extent.
I have already tried building this map once but with little success and size dimensions being off and what not. This version seems a much nicer version. All the displacements still have to be completed but i'm planing on doing that after more of the detailed walls are done.

a17a:
-Problems with the capture point C not unlocking
-Fixed some problems with texture lineups
-Fixed caps not being blocked still

a17:
-Fixed many problems with textures and removed a lot of the orange
-Fixed cap points not being blocked
-Adjusted re spawn timers to make it slightly easier to attack
-Increased cap times on A and B to make it slightly easier to setup after losing one of the points
-Added temporary skybox
-Added first layer lighting

More arrows would be nice for this map. Also try to change the lighting. The yellow light is really.. well its not attracting people.
