Honestly it looks like a photoshop filter. But if you have done it from scratch in any other way then very nice.

Nice pics! I like the Sniper. He looks badass.

For the Pyro, it's hard to see the silhouette of the legs. Your artwork should probably pay more attention to the always important shape and silhouette of the characters. I dunno about the Heavy and Scout pic, though, I think the poses are weird for this kind of art.

EDIT: About what Fearlezz said - I will just assume you haven't just put on a filter, although I can't be sure since I lack any sort of knowledge about image editing software.

I think the first image ( heavy and scout) looks 'filtered' because the definition on the faces is appaling, you can't see any facial expression or any detail you need to, the sniper's face suffers a little from this too. Don't stick rigedly to the absolute brightest portions for white, use the relative brightness, so that there is enough detail on the faces.

pyro though is only ruined by the addition of your name to it.

I don't think it's a filter, but they're obviously traced.

I really like the last 2 but my favourite is the sniper. I agree with everyone else, the heavy and scout just look weird.

Pyro and sniper tok around 3 hours each, no filters. The heavy and Scout I did for a tutorial that Im gonna upload to youtube, so like 1 hour max. Im gonna see how I can go on with these images, and I might remove the names... who knows?! xD
