First map help

Hi, i have decided to make my first map, i have had some ideas and i did a pretty little sketch

The grey bits are just the paths the numbers are the cp ( i was hoping for a gravelpit style map) and the coloured bits are the spawns.

The bits i wanted help with are textures, skyboxes and general eye candy.
I want to do the layout spawns control points and anything else a limited noob can do.

I was hoping for a dockside type look.

Um... thats all i can think of for now, any help would be amazing.

No, or even just help, i mean i have read tutorials on skyboxes and they're just confusing, i mean if someone added me on steam and just went through it with me that would work
