I came up with this map while I was researching World War I...

It's based on Trench Warfare, and the concept of No Man's Land.

Only one pic right now because I have a Vrad problem, and the map keeps going fullbright.

I must also Add some Coverage to prevent Sniper overkill.

Which name do you think would be better?
arena_one_mans_land or arena_no_mans_land

So, players exit that building (the spawn room I presume you're sitting in) and are supposed to fight in the trenches? They'll just shoot eachother the second they get out of their spawns as snipers.

I added some new pictures without Fullbright and a little more cover when exiting from the front.

I recently went on a school history trip around battlefields of WW1 (10 cemetries in one day, srysly ._.; ) and the soldiers sleep in dug outs, underground rooms in the trench. Considered that as a spawn? Heres a pic:

But yeah it looks like a cool map, arena fits it means people wont just run out and it'll be more like proper trench warfare (so mabye some alternate routes perhaps underground to stop camping) although soldiers could just rocket jump over, dont think they had that problem in WW1 lol

I found your post to be the one of the most helpful in this thread, I will probably do this in another version of this map, or I will just use my buildings in another map so they don't go to waste...

I'm not really sure, but I'll figure this out.

I'll come up with some new map concepts tonight and I'll try them out.
