Okay i accidentally made it so i could manipulate things in the 3D textured view, IT WAS GREAT! and now i accidentally turned it off, how do i get that back?

lots of choices for 3d and 2d, wireframe,textured, texture shaded... texture shaded is the best

The aforementioned post made reference as how to choose 3D mode, im not sure if thats how it came across. To move objects in 3D press the X button i beleive. I only recommend this for detailing stuff, even then check on 2D and make sure it lines up properly.
