My map gone...?

I open it up and it's completely blank. :huh:

Well this is lame, any known problem to cause this? or is it gone?

90 hours down the drain....


Edit: I have the latest version of it as a playable map... is there a way to decompile it like the valve maps? otherwise I'm done :/

had this happen to me once, don´t know why, but luckily i still had an autosave-backup
check you autosave-foder for the most recent file, maybe you are lucky
autosave are normally located at:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOURNAME\sourcesdk\bin\orangebox\bin\HammerAutosave\

To add to eerieone, the autosave file will have the extension .vmf_autosave. Also I'm pretty sure you can use the .vmf of your map that is made when you save your general .vtf. That should be in the same folder you normally save your map in.

You can decompile it, but one of the side effects is hammerid thing on all entitys (Don't know what it's for)
That's the way I saved one of my friends maps because he erased his map folder by mistake.
