A moment of silence for our departed TF2M server. It served us moderately well, despite its best efforts to thwart us. Well it's finally dead for good now, and it shall not be missed. Especially cuz I have to take the heat whenever it screwed up. Good riddance you piece of junk :angry: I've already been talking w/ a few people about getting a replacement or two :D We shall prevail! Freedom!!!!

So, now what? Do we get a server from elsewhere?

I can actually be really nice and donate a rented server (gameservers.com) - which I rented just for the hell of it. It has about 2 1/2 months left before it needs to be paid for again. It's in Amsterdam, though, but AFAIK you can switch locations for free.

If I do that, though, I'd say it's a fair trade to give me donator status. :p

I figured it was worth throwing out there, but I guess the downsides are larger than the benefits when it comes to my suggestion.
