Uptrend - 3 point A/D map with an upward trend.

My first serious try at an A/D map, and I thought I should finally upload another map here to have it tested.
The map height trends upwards from point A to point C.
Single stage map.
3 points.

Took the criticisms I received from the testing session and improved fps (hopefully), removed many doors, made some minor changes to point A and C.

Added high ground for blu and hopefully squashed some of red's sightlines. Pushed back red's first spawn. No changes to the other points because no feedback from last test.
