-optimization changes
-minor lighting changes to hide ghost lights better
-fixed spots where things like the wrap assassin bauble would autobreak when used
-added nobuild under combine spindle (no troll teleports for you, you know who you are)
-fixed players being able to stand on things they shouldn't be able to stand on
-probably some other stuff too
