Still problems with the last point

I mean when you download the map, it isn't two cogs on the little screen beside the link. Like taking a picture of the map and adding it into said screen. How is that possible?
You have to take a screenshot of your map and convert the file to .VTF (you may use VTFEdit for that). The screenshot can be taken at any resolution but the final result shouldn't be larger than 512x512 for the in-game preview. It'll also need a .VMT file alongside.

If you've got GCFScape installed, take a look at the "menu_photos_*" files that can be found on "materials/vgui/maps/" inside tf2_misc_dir.vpk & tf2_textures_dir.vpk

Also, I don't want the 'boom' to be romoved from the path_track, I want it removed from the triggers on the sawblades. They're just supposed to kill you, not trigger the explosion, shake etc.
The only time that the explosion effect and everything else (sounds, shaking) is triggered is when passing through the trigger_once (not triggered by the sawblade).

Btw, stupid question: How do I take a screenshot in hammer/tf2 whatever is needed?
