I Am Having trouble With Hammer, The Spawn's Show Half-Life Figure's Instead Of The Standard TF2 Engineer Figure's & Entity's Like tf_gamerules Or logic_auto Only Render As Cube's. How Do I Fix This?

tf_control_point_master is not an entity, use team_control_point_master instead.
You also seem to have assumed that the engineer model info_player_teamspawns and pretty logic entity icons are something that come with Hammer by default, but they're actually part of A Boojum Snark's Mapping Resource Pack.
