Miller - An in-progress koth map that has spacious arenas and tall structures

A straightforward KOTH map. Theme: farm area with larger than life buildings.

Changes in koth_miller_a2:
  • A lot of changes to the mid area, look at the pictures for more detail.
    • Added some buildings to act as cover and also to kill a really long sightline
    • The point is now on a hill.
    • Shortened the balconies.
  • Changed some small pickups to mediums and added more pickups in general.
  • Moved the spawns forward.
  • Toned down the fog significantly.
  • Some other small layout changes.
