How can I get custom props & materials?

I was wondering how I can use something like the Frontline pack ( for example) in hammer and how to then attach the props I used to the map file?

put frontline pack into custom then use a program to pack the map like compilepal or VIDE.

drop the folders from a downloaded zip file into the tf folder

custom is in tf/custom. Drop the supply drop folder into there.
