I cant load the map into my game

this erros shows up and i dont know how to fix it, the game loads but it doesnt get in the map. instead it launches normally

Odds are VBSP couldn't write the file for whatever reason, in which case check for any errors in the VBSP portion of your compile log.

Not "couldn't write the file", but rather, "didn't get that far". The former is something interfering with vbsp. The later is an error in the map.
