Help testing my map

I know that this is probably in the wrong section. I have been having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to upload my map and get it on a server so I can get it tested. I have it to an alpha 1 stage and am excited to see how it plays, but I just cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get it out there. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
