How to adjust rollback of payload cart

How do you adjust the time before the cart rolls back in a payload map? The default seems to be twenty, but, if my memory serves me well, I believe that the norm is 5 seconds on official maps. Any help would be great.

Go into your team_train_watcher entity and change Train Recede Time
