When this map came up on the Imp, no one could tell exactly what to do. If there was supposed to be an info screen (the chalkboard that comes up when you press i ingame), it didnt work and tried to default to the pd_ gamemode instructions. Also, there were no explosion effects for the bomb if it blew up outside a cap zone nor a countdown timer for when the bomb exploded so some people were confused as to why they died. We played the other od_ map you made and it did have a timer, so either you forgot to add one for this map or it didn't pack correctly, I guess.

the maps bugs and sometimes the timers doesnt show for weird reason. i don't know how to fix because everything should work but it doesnt work always like i plan.
if players were confused then im sorry. the map has explanation video and when they don't have it for weird reason (or just not installed lol) then they still can read the instruction when they load the map. pressing i always open it.
about confusing.. this is always so on new gamemodes or map. im sorry for it

hud has been fixed by packing odtimer.res into the bsp.
for weird reason i changed it but maybe i undo it and i packed the base script. didnt work because the base script was connected (odtimer.res connects the base script called HudObjectiveObjectDestruction.res)

+added env_tonemap_controller
- probaly broked cubemaps idk.


quick info: the update is only out because i wanted more feedbacks and no one really liked to be blinded. i had to add env_tonemap_controller because not everyone would change the hdr from 2 to 1 or 0

Hey, so whenever I load up od_canary_v1c I continually get this error:
GetSpriteAxes: Bad sprite type 2020695840

I believe it's related to that sprite where when you get the dynamite box it displays over the drop-off areas? pls get this fixed, it would seriously help with new players understanding the gamemode better

i never seen and heard about this before but many thanks for help and report. also i'm not sure if this will help understanding the gamemode but don't worry one day i will update the map and it will get much better. again many thanks i will try to update when i will get find time
