Hammer Crashes and Won't Start Up

I'm have a problem the everytime I start up Hammer and load the map I was working on, Hammer crash. Sometimes I was able to load my map and when working the textures it crashes. Now I can't even load my map everytime I start Hammer. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
