A modification of the texture metal/island_grate001, created by Valve for Merc Park, to have transparency for use as a grate texture. Original texture by Valve, modification by me. Credit would be nice, but is not required if you use this. To install, copy the island_grate001_transparent folder contained in the .zip into your tf/custom folder
